Service Area
We ship only within the continental United States (excluding Puerto Rico).

 
Shipping Methods & Rates
UPS Shipping
  • All non-local orders are shipped via UPS.
  • Once your order is submitted, a representative will contact you via email with the freight cost.
  • Exclusions: Certain items cannot ship via UPS, including hazardous materials and oversized items such as sheets.
Overweight Shipments
  • Customers must provide either a prepaid shipping label or a Bill of Lading (BOL) under their own account.
  • Documentation must be submitted prior to shipment preparation.
  • Orders will not be released without the required prepaid label or BOL.
  • Any delays resulting from late submission of shipping documentation are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Economy Sign Supply assumes no liability for additional costs, missed deadlines, or carrier issues caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
By arranging an overweight shipment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

 
Local Delivery – Miami Office
  • Orders $100 or over: $2.95 delivery fee
  • Orders $99.99 or less: $9.99 delivery fee
Outbound Delivery Schedule – Miami
  • Tuesday: Orlando area & Florida Keys
  • Wednesday: East Coast (Jupiter, Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, etc.)
  • Thursday: West Coast (Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers)
Deliveries to these areas are available on the specified days only.

 
Local Delivery – Orlando Store
  • Orders $100 or over: $2.95 delivery fee
  • Orders $99.99 or less: $9.99 delivery fee
  • Local delivery is available only within the Orlando delivery range.
Additional Service Areas (Orlando Office):
We also deliver to Tampa and Sarasota, depending on the route of the day. Please call to confirm availability for your area.

 
Order Processing
  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

 
Delivery Route & Schedule Policy
  • Deliveries are routed strictly by zip code and service area.
  • Specific delivery appointments are not available.
  • Deliveries occur within the following timeframes:
    • Morning: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
    • Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order during the assigned window.
  • Missed deliveries may result in rescheduling fees or delays.

 
Damages & Lost Package Policy
  • All shipments are covered under our carrier’s claim process.
  • In the event of damage or loss, customers must follow the carrier’s official claim procedure.
  • While a claim is in process, Economy Sign Supply may provide a replacement order (subject to availability and management approval).
  • Final resolution is determined by the carrier’s claim outcome.
  • Economy Sign Supply is not responsible for delays caused by the claim process.

 
Additional Information
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or restricted areas.
  • Economy Sign Supply is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped.
