Series 3170 overlaminate is a 1.3 mil (35 micron) gloss intermediate cast overlaminate with a clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is designed to protect printed graphics, offering higher conformability due to its thinner facestock, making it ideal for vehicle wraps, intermediate signage, and graphics. Series 3170 is rated for outdoor durability of up to 7 years. However, it is not intended for use as an optically clear window film or with cast digital films.
