Before you proceed, we encourage you to read and understand our cut policy to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

Our Cutting Philosophy

We pride ourselves on offering cutting services that emphasize the human touch. Our trained personnel cut exclusively in straight lines using a saw. Please note that due to the nature of saw-cutting, the cuts might not be as perfect as those achieved with laser cutting techniques and might end with rustic finish.

No Refund Policy

We would like to make you aware that once the material has been cut, we cannot offer any refunds. We advise our customers to consider this before placing an order and confirm that the cuts are exactly as needed.

Same-Day Delivery Policy

To avail same-day delivery, please ensure that we receive your cut requests before 11:30 am. Any requests received post this time will be processed the following business day.

Pricing

Our pricing policy is as straightforward as our cuts:

The first two cuts are complimentary.

Each subsequent cut is charged at a nominal fee of $2.00.
Please note that this policy applies per sheet, not per invoice.
For special requests involving cuts smaller than 12 inches, please get in touch for quote, as different pricing applies.

Material Limitations

We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate requests for cutting materials like 1/16″ acrylic, any kind of foam board, or styrene. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
