Important:
The test print and ink expiration date photos are mandatory for us to proceed with your service request.

Service Rates & Terms:

On-site service rate: $165.00 per hour
Transit time: $65.00 per hour if your location is more than 25 miles from our office in Miami, Florida.
Rates do not include parts or consumables that may be required for repair
Your submission will be reviewed, and within 24 hours we will provide you with further details and our Terms & Conditions for service
Please refrain from calling our offices for status updates. All updates will be provided via email only by our Technical Department, and cases are addressed in the order they are received.
Warranty Coverage: If your machine is under warranty, all service is subject to warranty verification.
Third-Party Inks: Machines operating with non-genuine (third-party) inks will not be serviced by Economy Sign Supply.
